Delete your data

Developer: LOBO GAMES S.L. · applies to all our games on Google Play and the App Store

You don't need an account to play our games, so there is no account to close. You can ask us to delete the data a game has collected about you, and you can erase your game progress yourself.

Ask us to delete your data

  1. Open the game and go to Settings. Your User ID is shown at the bottom (tap it once to copy it).

  2. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my data" and paste your User ID.

  3. Tell us which game it is. We confirm by email and delete your data within 30 days.

We need the User ID because our games don't ask for your name or email: it's the only way to find your data.

What we delete

  • Gameplay log: every event recorded about your sessions (levels played, won or lost, coins, boosters, ads watched, settings, performance) and the totals made from them (for example levels won or time played).

  • Analytics data linked to your User ID in GameAnalytics.

  • Anything else we hold that is linked to your User ID.

What may be kept

  • Purchase records: Google Play and Apple keep their own records of in-app purchases, under their own policies. We may keep sales figures that don't identify you, as required for tax and accounting.

  • Data held by ad networks (Google AdMob, Meta) is controlled by them. You can reset or delete your device's advertising ID in your phone's settings.

  • Raw gameplay events are deleted automatically after 7 days anyway; totals are kept until you ask us to delete them.

Erase your game progress yourself

In games with cloud save, your progress is also saved in your own Google Play Games (Android) or iCloud (iOS) account, so it can come back on a new phone. To erase it, on your phone and in the cloud:

  1. Open the game and go to Settings.

  2. Tap your User ID 10 times quickly, then 5 more times to confirm.

The game restarts as a new player. On Android you can also remove the game's saved data from your Google Play Games settings.
