Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 27, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how LOBO GAMES S.L. ("Lobo Games", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares information when you play our games on Google Play and the Apple App Store (the "Games").

Who we are

LOBO GAMES S.L. publishes the Games and is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Contact: [email protected]

Information we collect

You don't need an account to play our Games, and we don't ask for your name, email address or phone number inside the Games. If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and whatever you write to us.

When you play, some information is collected automatically:

  • Device information: device model, operating system and version, language and country.

  • Identifiers: a random User ID created for analytics, app instance IDs, your device's advertising ID (only where permitted) and your IP address.

  • Gameplay and usage data: for example, levels played, sessions, features used and in-game purchases.

  • Gameplay log: a record of what happens in your sessions (for example levels started, won or lost, moves left, boosters used, coins earned and spent, screens opened, ads watched, settings changed), together with your User ID, device model, game version, country and the game's performance on your device. We use it to balance the levels, fix problems and improve the Games.

  • Crash and error reports: technical information about errors, to help us fix them.

Purchases: in-app purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple. We never receive your card or payment details, only a confirmation of the purchase (product, price and currency).

Nicknames: if a Game lets you choose a nickname, it is stored only on your device and is not sent to us.

Cloud save: so you can keep your progress on a new device or after reinstalling, some Games save your progress (for example your level, coins, boosters, settings and the User ID) in your own Google Play Games account (Android) or iCloud account (iOS). This copy is stored by Google or Apple in your account; we cannot see or access it.

How we use information

  • To run, maintain, fix and improve the Games.

  • To understand how the Games are played (analytics).

  • To show ads. Personalised ads are only shown with your consent where the law requires it.

  • To measure our advertising campaigns.

  • To prevent fraud and cheating and to keep the Games fair, for example by detecting device clock changes used to skip timers, or unofficial copies of a Game.

  • To answer your requests and to comply with legal obligations.

Legal bases (GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA or the UK, we process your data on the basis of:

  • Consent: personalised advertising, ad measurement, and our gameplay log in the EU/EEA and the UK.

  • Legitimate interests: analytics, crash reporting, fraud prevention and keeping the Games working and fair.

  • Legal obligations: for example tax and accounting rules related to purchases.

Third-party services

Depending on the Game, we may use some of the following services. They process data on our behalf or as independent controllers under their own privacy policies:

  • GameAnalytics: game analytics. https://gameanalytics.com/privacy

  • Supabase: stores our gameplay log, on servers in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany). https://supabase.com/privacy

  • Google AdMob: ads. Google and the ad partners it works with may receive device information and identifiers. https://policies.google.com/privacy

  • Unity In-App Purchasing: in-app purchases. https://unity.com/legal/privacy-policy

  • Meta (Facebook SDK): measuring our advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. Where you have allowed it, the Game tells Meta about installs, app opens and in-app purchases, together with your device's advertising ID. No Facebook login is used. https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/

  • Google Play and Apple App Store: distribution and payments.

  • Google Play Games Services (Android) and Apple iCloud (iOS): sign-in to Play Games and storing your cloud save in your own account. https://policies.google.com/privacy · https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/

Time check: to keep timers fair, some Games ask Google or Cloudflare servers for the current time. No personal data is sent, but those servers can see your IP address, as with any internet request.

Advertising and your choices

  • In the EU/EEA and the UK, we ask for your consent (through Google's consent form) before showing personalised ads, sharing data with Meta for ad measurement, or sending our gameplay log (it is only sent if you allow storing and accessing information on your device). You can change your choice at any time in the Game's Privacy Settings.

  • On iOS, Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt asks for your permission before your advertising identifier is used for tracking.

  • You can reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings.

  • If you opt out, you will still see ads, but they will be less relevant to you.

Children

Our Games are not directed at children under 13, or under the minimum age required in your country (14 in Spain). If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.

Data retention and security

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires. Analytics and advertising data is kept according to each provider's retention settings. In our gameplay log, the detailed events are deleted after 7 days; the totals made from them (for example how many levels you have played or won) are kept while we operate the Game, or until you ask us to delete them. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your data, but no system is completely secure.

International transfers

Some of our providers are located outside the EU/EEA, for example in the United States. These transfers are protected by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time. California residents can ask us not to sell or share their personal information.

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] and include the User ID shown in the Game, so we can find your data.

If you are in the EU/EEA, you can also complain to your local data protection authority. In Spain, this is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).

Deleting your data

To request deletion of the data collected about you, email [email protected] with the User ID shown in the Game. We will process your request within 30 days.

To erase your cloud save and all progress on your device, tap the User ID in the Game's Settings 10 times quickly, then 5 more times to confirm. You can also remove a Game's data from your Google Play Games account in the Play Games app or your Google account settings.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always available at https://www.lobogames.io/privacypolicy.
